And it is here, in this captivating location, that we will be working on an exciting new project in the coming months.

Theoule-sur-Mer: The Unique Location!

Let's start with the location. This charming settlement comprises several low-rise buildings nestled into the hillside. Our apartments are located on the top floor of one such building. Due to the unique terrain, the facade of the apartment is on the third floor, while the road on the other side aligns with the level of the apartments, creating the illusion of a private house perched atop the building. This distinctive setup offers both privacy and panoramic views, blending the best of both worlds.

We are thrilled to present our latest venture: a luxurious penthouse apartment spanning 100 square meters, complemented by a sprawling 100-square-meter terrace, situated right on the Corniche d'Or, not far from Theoule-sur-Mer. The views from this property are nothing short of spectacular, making it the ideal place to enjoy the finer things in life. Although the apartment has undergone relatively recent renovations, the clients have decided to undertake further improvements to address certain inconveniences and enhance the overall comfort, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of their living space in this beautiful apartment.

Our interior design project at French Riviera will encompass several innovative solutions and luxurious enhancements to transform this apartment into a true haven of elegance and comfort.

 Custom Storage Solutions: In the entrance area, we will introduce custom-built storage solutions that blend seamlessly with the decor, providing ample space for shoes, coats, and other essentials. This will not only improve functionality but also enhance the visual appeal of the entrance.

Gourmet Kitchen: The kitchen will be outfitted with high-end appliances, including a state-of-the-art refrigerator, and designed with ergonomic principles in mind. We will incorporate sleek, modern cabinetry and durable countertops that offer both beauty and practicality.

Additionally, a dedicated workspace or makeup vanity adds functionality to the room, allowing for productivity or grooming rituals in a stylish setting.

Guest bedroom design. In the guest bedroom, a similar approach is taken to prioritize comfort and style. Here, a generous bed with a cozy headboard invites guests to relax and unwind. Thoughtfully selected lighting fixtures enhance the room's ambiance, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Practical yet stylish closets offer storage solutions for guests' belongings, promoting organization and tidiness. Son's bedroom design. The designers have taken into account all your preferences and created your son's bedroom, which perfectly reflects his personality and interests. The room features his favorite colors, hobbies, and passions, giving the interior a special charm. Whether it's a sports theme, musical style, or space motifs, every detail is chosen with his tastes in mind. In addition to this, the design includes a cozy sofa and a folding armchair so that your son can entertain friends or enjoy reading in a comfortable setting. Moreover, sufficient lighting and functional storage solutions are provided to meet all his needs. As a result, it's a cozy and stylish corner where your son will feel right at home.
